Merchant Terms:

1. INTRODUCTIONS

1. This “Bersama Satu Bazaar 2026 – Jalan DIY Gift with Purchase” (“Jalan DIY GWP”) is organised by MR D.I.Y. GROUP (M) BERHAD [Registration No.: 201001034084 (918007-M)] including its affiliated and/ or related companies, marketing partners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The Jalan DIY GWP is conducted to celebrate Merdeka with members of the public (“Participants”).
3. The Jalan DIY GWP will take place at the specified locations and dates listed below:
   a. Kuala Lumpur – Sunway Pyramid: 28 – 31 August 2026 (4 days)
   b. Johor – Angsana Johor Bahru Mall: 11 – 13 September 2026 (3 days)
   the specified locations are collectively referred to as “Jalan DIY” and the dates are referred to as “Jalan DIY GWP Period”.
   
   

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. To be eligible to redeem a Gift with Purchase (GWP), Participants must spend the required Minimum Spending in a single, original receipt required for each corresponding Tier, at participating Jalan DIY within the Jalan DIY GWP Period.
2. Only same-day original purchase receipts issued at Jalan DIY are eligible for redemption based on the applicable spending tier.
3. Duplicate, reprinted, illegible, damaged, altered, or defaced receipts will be deemed invalid and rejected.
4. Each eligible receipt entitles the Participant to one (1) redemption per applicable spending tier on the day of purchase, subject to daily availability.
   
   

3. GWP TIERS & REDEMPTION STRUCTURE

1. The Special Tier is an additional GWP that can be redeemed in additional with Tier 1 or Tier 2 GWPs, provided the payment was processed using a valid Visa card transaction via mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay and Samsung Pay).
2. The Special Tier GWP is strictly limited to One (1) redemption per Visa cardholder, regardless of the number of transactions made.
   
   

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All GWPs are available while stocks last and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of any GWP item, design, colour and model.
2. All GWP are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other form under any circumstances.
3. Participants must present their same-day original receipt at the designated Redemption Counter to redeem their gift(s).
4. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
   a. substitute any GWP with an alternative item or equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice; and
   b. amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or extend these terms and conditions or the Jalan DIY GWP Period at any time without liability or prior notice.
5. Picture(s) of the GWP shown in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Jalan DIY GWP is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual colour, model or specification of the GWP(s) and does not include any optional accessories.
6. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Jalan DIY GWP, including eligibility, redemption, and dispute resolution, shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
