3. Advanced booking is required and is subject to availability.

5. Offer is limited to 1 redemption per customer, per visit throughout the promotion period.
6. This offer is redeemable at outlets located at Petaling Jaya, Puchong, and Sri Petaling.
7. This offer is applicable to new and existing Beleco Clinic customers only.
8. Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
9. Beleco Clinic's services are available to both female and male customers aged 18 and above.
10. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, Beleco Clinic's terms and conditions shall prevail.
11. All prices will be subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
12. This offer is not exchangeable for cash cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
13. The merchant reserves the right to reject the use of the voucher and amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
