• Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made using only AmBank Cards/AmBank Islamic Cards-i and required no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
• Changes to Reservations: Guests are not allowed to change any details of their reservation, including dates, room types or guest information. Once booking has been confirmed, no modification is allowed.
• Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at property will be treated as No-Show and will incur the first night charge. Cancellation needs to be written by email to reservation@eoresidenceskl.com.
• Check-in time is after 1500hours and check-out time is before 1200hours.
• Early arrival is subject to availability.  For guaranteed early arrival prior to 1500hours, the suite must be reserved from the previous day at a full night’s suite rate.
• Safety Deposit is required upon check-in.
• All occupants/ guests are to comply with all the terms of the House Rules governing E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur.
• Payment must be made with AmBank Debit  or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i.
