- Last-minute bookings (made less than 48 hours in advance) incur a RM200 surcharge.
- Payment is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours).
- A surcharge of RM200 applies if cancellation is made within 2 weeks before the flight.
- Offer allows unlimited redemptions, capped at a maximum of 20 flights per day (each flight duration is 30 minutes).
- Remarks:
- Each plane can operate for a maximum of 5 hours per day.
- Each hour allows for 2 sorties (flight).
- Two planes are available for flights.
- Each flight duration is 30 minutes.
