1. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer and solely responsible for this offer. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant.

10. Room rates are quoted per room, per night, based on double occupancy and exclude taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, and resort fees (where applicable).
11. Full pre-payment for the total reservation value is required at the time of confirmation.
12. The offer is non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
13. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers. Flash Sale and limited-time promotions do not apply.
14. Breakfast inclusion depends on the rate plan and each hotel’s individual policy.
15. A minimum 2-night stay is required to enjoy the offer. 
16. Weekend or public holiday surcharges may apply.
17. Blackout dates may apply without prior notice.
18. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Visa card throughout the stay.
