Merchant Terms:
- The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards issued in Asia Pacific which bears the Visa name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must present the eligible Visa card to the cashier before payment and settle payment with their valid Visa card in order to enjoy the Promotion. The discount will not be applied to orders placed through the digital order kiosk.
- The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating merchant(s). In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or participating merchant(s) shall be final.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Visa and/or merchant can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
- Eligible cardholders can receive up to 20% off per transaction, subject to a fixed dollar cap. The discount does not apply to service charges.
- Australia - discount capped at AUD 20
- Singapore - discount capped at SGD 20
- Malaysia - discount capped at RM 50
- Hong Kong - discount capped at HKD 100
- Thailand - discount capped at THB 400
- Indonesia - no discount cap
- For dine-in restaurants, the Promotion can only be used once per table.
- The Promotion is available on a first-come-first serve basis. Merchant reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier than the prescribed period at any time.
- The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Visa’s sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
