1. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer and solely responsible for this offer. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant.
2. Merchant reserves the right to update or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any updates or changes being made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on Merchant’s website at least 1 week before they take effect.
3. Payment must be made with a valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa card to enjoy the privilege. Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
4. Valid on normal priced items only.
5. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount. 
6. Enjoy 10% off Warisan Citarasa Bayu Dinner Buffet with no minimum spend at The Oak Kopitiam on selected dates below:
   a. 15 March to 17 March and 22 March to 24 March for early bird rate at RM95.
   b. 29 March to 31 March and 5 April to 7 April for normal rate at RM105.
7. Payment must be made with a valid Visa Debit card or Credit card. 
8. The offer is valid at The Oak Kopitiam during operating hours: 6:30pm - 10:00pm 
9. Mandatory local government taxes such as 6% SST apply. 
10. The offer cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. 
11. Validity extends to concurrent promotions, discounts, vouchers, and privilges cards.
