Steps to Redeem: 

Steps to Book the Travel Experience:

  1. Visit https://eahomecare.in/travelexperiences/
  2. Choose the desired experience and continue to book the experience
  3. Fill in the required details and proceed
  4. Two options will be displayed
  5. New User – First-time users need to register for EAhomecare
  6. Registered user – Already registered customers need to login into their account and continue to book the experience
  7. Customers will be redirected to the Payment gateway for payment via a VISA card.
  8. Post the successful payment customer can access the details of the booked travel experience under my bookings section of the customer account. An email / SMS will be sent to the customer.

Important Points related to the Travel Experience:

  1. E-Tickets/Invoices will be sent to the Customer's email ID.
  2. Tickets are to be presented before the time of departure of the tour.
  3. Customers will have to present E-ticket at the redemption point to receive an entry ticket.
  4. Before the tour/activity begins, the customer should visit a redemption location mentioned on the E-ticket to redeem and gain an entry ticket.
  5. The redemption location may be NOT where the tour/activity departs.
  6. In some cases, the customer is required to present the credit or debit card used to purchase the tour or ticket, as well as a  valid Photo ID at the time of redemption.
