Merchant Terms:

1. All Visa Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cardmembers are eligible for the Visa Card Retail Program (“Program”) unless otherwise stated.
2. Promotion is valid for Visa Cardmembers who have enrolled in the Program via the dedicated partner link (https://app.shopback.com/mys/partner/visamy2023).
3. Upon enrolling onto the partnership Program, click on the Earn More icon within the ShopBack app and scroll down to view your exclusive Visa deals.
4. Shop for your deals and check out as per usual and your Cashback would be tracked in your ShopBack account within 48 hours.
5. Promotion mechanics is applicable to Visa cards, including credit, debit, and prepaid, issued by a Visa issuer in Malaysia, linked as a valid payment method for purchase transactions made through ShopBack’s platforms, will be eligible for an additional 5% evergreen Cashback, capped at RM40 per transaction, during the campaign period on a first come-first-serve basis, up to RM325,000 during the Campaign Period. During tactical periods, purchase transactions will be eligible for an upsize cashback of up to 15% during selected period.
6. Bonus Cashback will be tracked together with your affiliate Cashback. In some rare cases, it might take up to 14 days for bonus Cashback to be reflected in your account.
7. Only transactions paid using Visa Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards are eligible for the bonus. Transactions paid by 3rd party payment services provider or eWallet such as PayPal / Boost / TNG etc. are not eligible for the bonus.
8. Only Pay Now transactions are eligible for bonus. Instalment / Pay Later / Reserve Now etc. are not eligible for bonus.
9.  To qualify for ShopBack’s Cashback, Visa Cardmembers will need to click through ShopBack each time before redirecting to the Merchants’ platforms or store pages.
10. Promotion is valid through ShopBack’s Web and/or App.

12. Payment must be charged to a linked Visa networked Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card.
13. Offer is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
14. All information is correct at time of print. Visa and ShopBack will not assume responsibility for changes which occur after print.
15. Visa and ShopBack reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice or withdraw or discontinue the Program at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
16. Amendments to the Program, including but not limited to changes to existing privileges, terms and conditions will be updated on https://www.visa.com.my/en_my/visa-offers-and-perks/.
17. Information on the website supersedes all prior communications. Any Visa Cardmember who continues to use his/her card at Merchant will be deemed to have agreed with and accepted these amendments.
18. Visa is not an agent of Merchant or vice versa.
19. Visa makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of Merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with Merchant.
20. Visa and ShopBack shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of Merchant’s goods and services.

22. RM10 Sign Up Bonus:
    a.  To qualify for the sign-up bonus, Visa Cardmembers must sign up for a ShopBack account via Visa’s dedicated partner link (https://app.shopback.com/mys/partner/visamy2023).
    b.  The RM10 Sign Up Bonus is only applicable for new ShopBack users and is only limited to one sign-up bonus per user and bonus would be tracked in the account upon successful signup.
