eCommerce Purchase Protection is a benefit now available to you as a Visa Commercial cardholder, giving you added protection and peace of mind when you purchase online.

As long as you make your online purchases using your eligible Visa Commercial card, you are now covered for possible losses up to USD $200 per claim, up to a limit of USD $800 per annum for Visa Corporate, Visa Purchasing, Visa Business, Visa Business Platinum & Signature cardholders or up to USD $1,000 per claim, up to a limit of USD $1,500 per annum for Visa Business Infinite cardholders for any of the following instances:

• Non-delivery of purchased item after 30 days of scheduled delivery
• Wrong or incomplete delivery of purchased item
• Physical damage to the delivered item at time of delivery
