1. Promotion is valid during ShopBack's Mid-Month Sale periods on: 15-17 September 2026, 15-17 October 2026, 15-17 November 2026 and 15-17 December 2026 (each a "Mid-Month Sale Period").
2. Promotion is open to eligible Visa Cardholders who have linked a valid Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card issued in Malaysia as a payment method on the ShopBack website or mobile app.
3. Eligible Visa Cardholders will receive 15% Bonus Cashback, capped at RM15 per transaction, subject to the monthly allocation and on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Each Visa Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of three (3) Bonus Cashback redemptions per Mid-Month Sale Period. To qualify, Visa Cardholders must click "Join" on the monthly ShopBack challenge before making an eligible purchase.
5. To be eligible for Bonus Cashback:
   - The purchase must be made at the participating brands/ merchants through ShopBack during the Mid-Month Sale Period; and
   - Payment must be made using a linked Visa Card; 
   - Transactions paid via third-party payment service providers or e-wallets are not eligible.
6. Participating brands and merchants include:
   - Travel: Booking.com, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Expedia, Hotels.com, KKday, Malaysia Airlines, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Traveloka
   - Marketplace: Amazon, Taobao
   - Health & Beauty: Dyson, iHerb, Myprotein, Olive Young, Sephora, Watsons
   - Fashion: Adidas, Charles & Keith, JD Sports, lululemon, NET-A-PORTER, Nike, Puma, SHEIN, UNIQLO, Zalora
   - Electronics: Apple Store Online, Lenovo, Samsung
7. Bonus Cashback is in addition to any standard or promotional cashback offered by ShopBack or participating brands and merchants.
8. Bonus Cashback will generally be tracked within 48 hours of the eligible transaction. In certain cases, tracking may take up to 14 days.

Visa Terms:

‎ General Terms & Conditions:

1.  To qualify for cashback through ShopBack, Visa Cardholders must click through ShopBack before completing their purchase with the participating brand or merchant.
2. Cashback can only be withdrawn to a bank account once the Visa Cardholder has accumulated at least RM10 of redeemable cashback on ShopBack (excluding bonuses).
3. ShopBack and Visa reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
4. ShopBack and Visa's decisions relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
5. ShopBack and Visa are not responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of any products or services offered by participating merchants. Any dispute regarding products or services must be resolved directly with the relevant merchant.
