Merchant Terms:

1. This package is valid for 6 months, from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
2. Advance booking of at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date is required. Please email reservation@the-kasturi.com or contact via WhatsApp at +6011-2898 2871 for enquiries.
3. Booking code: WBVISA2026.
4. Exclusive offer of 10% F&B discount for VISA cardholders dining at The Kenyang Restaurant (except promotional menus).
5. The rates are subject to availability. This offer is only valid for individual booking and not valid for group booking.
6. This offer is strictly non-refundable and cancellation is not permitted. However, changes of date is allowed in the event of force majeure.
7. Any change of date must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date and it is subject to availability.
8. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or deny accommodation and does not provide compensation to anyone whose use of a room or accommodation would violate the facility's maximum capacity.
9. A surcharge of RM150+ per unit per night is applicable on the eve of public holidays, public holidays, and school holidays.
10. Resort check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability with additional charges applied.
11. Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to 8% SST, Service Charge, Tax, and Tourism Tax.
