Merchant Terms:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - REWARDS ARE JUST A MOBILE PAY AWAY!

By participating in this Campaign, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the Organiser.

1. Organiser
   The Campaign is titled “Rewards Are Just A Mobile Pay Away!”, organised by AEON CO. (M) BHD. [198401014370 (126926-H)] in collaboration with Visa International [197703001263 (441411-K)].
   
   
2. Campaign Period
   8 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
   
   
3. Eligibility
   a. Open to all holders of valid Visa-branded cards issued in Malaysia. (“Eligible Cardholders”).
   b. The Campaign is valid at 35 of AEON Stores nationwide and AEON Taman Equine Electrical Shop (“Participating Stores”).
   c. Excluded Locations: The Campaign is strictly NOT valid at:
   
   
   1. Specific AEON stores: AEON STYLE Supermarket Setia EcoHill, AEON United Point (Kepong), AEON Danga Bay (JB)
   2. AEON Wellness
   3. AEON MaxValu Prime Stores
   4. AEON BiG Hypermarkets
   5. AEON Petemo Petlife
   6. myAEON2go (Online)
   7. Daiso Japan by AEON
   8. Tsutaya Bookstore AEON Tebrau City
      
      
4. Gift Eligibility Criteria
   
   Step 1: Purchase
   Spend a minimum of RM150 in a single receipt at any Participating Store.
   
   Step 2: Payment Method
   Payment must be made using Visa on mobile (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay or Garmin Pay).
   
   Note: Payments made using inserted or contactless physical Visa cards are NOT eligible for this redemption.
   
   Step 3: Redeem
   Present the original purchase receipt and credit card slip at the AEON Customer Service Counter or at the designated redemption counter on the same day of purchase to redeem the gift.
   
   
5. Excluded Transactions
   The following transactions DO NOT constitute eligible spend:
   
   1. Purchase of AEON Gift Vouchers / e-Gift Vouchers.
   2. Bill payments (utilities, telco, etc.) and Reloads/Top-ups (Touch 'n Go, mobile prepaid).
   3. Purchase of cigarettes, tobacco, or tobacco-related products.
   4. Purchase of non-merchandise items (e.g., paper bags).
   5. Top-ups of AEON Member Plus Visa Card or AEON Wallet.
   6. Membership renewals or Card replacement fees.
   7. Molly Fantasy products/services.
   8. Delivery, repair, service, or instalment charges.
   9. Bulk or wholesale purchases as determined by AEON.
      
      
6. Redemption Item
   a. Allocated gifts are applicable according to the respective promotion date.

   b. The Gift is non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.
   
   
7. Redemption Limit
   a. Per Store, Per Day: Redemption is limited to ONE (1) redemption entitlement per Eligible Cardholder, per receipt, per store, per day.
   b. Same-Day, Same-Store Redemption: Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase and must be made at the same store where the purchase was made.
   c. Store Hopping: A Cardholder may redeem again on the same day if they perform a qualifying transaction at a different Participating Store.
   d. Single Receipt: Splitting of receipts is strictly prohibited.
   e. Concurrent Campaigns: Cardholders may redeem from only one campaign per receipt (e.g., if another bank campaign is running, you must choose one).
   
   
8. Stock Availability
   Gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Campaign will cease once all gifts are redeemed, even if the Campaign Period has not ended.
   
   
9. Returns & Refunds
   a. If a customer requests a refund for the purchased goods after redeeming the gift(s), the gift(s) must also be returned.
   b. If the gift cannot be returned, the Organiser reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.
   
   
10. General
    a. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
    b. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any redemption that does not comply with these Terms (e.g., split receipts).
    c. In the event of any dispute, the decision of AEON and Visa shall be final and binding.
    
    
11. Privacy & Liability
    a. By participating, Cardholders consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with AEON’s Privacy Notice and the PDPA 2010.
    b. The Organiser excludes all warranties regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of the redemption items. Any defects must be reported immediately at the counter.
    c. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Cardholder in connection with this Campaign.
