  • Offer is not applicable for mileage accrual.
  • Surcharges may apply. for peak season, additional pick-up/drop off points, extra distance, extra hour, late night and extra wait time.
  • In the event of a no show or cancellation, the minimum charge will apply as follows: 
              -          50% penalty for cancellation made 48 hrs or less before departure
              -          100% penalty for cancellation made 36 hrs or less before departure
              -          100% penalty for customer no-show

• Complimentary Status Match:
  • To enjoy the upgrade, cardholders must first enrol in Hertz® Gold+™ Program
• Offer is valid only when paid for by a Visa Card.
• The applicable CDP# must be quoted obtain the offer. 
• Offer is not guaranteed and is based on availability at time of rental.
• Offers are valid for rental bookings and car pick-ups until 31 December 2026 for self-drive rentals on Hertz ‘pay later’ leisure retail rates. 
• Rentals in Asia: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe*, Australia, New Zealand: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Offer will be applied automatically when booking using the CDP code as long as it is available at the chosen location and selected vehicle. 
• Discount applies to time and mileage charges only, and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services, tolls, infringements or any additional fees or charges.
• Minimum rental ages apply and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year prior to pick-up date (exceptions apply).
• A valid Visa Card must be presented during car pickup and for payment.
• Modifying a reservation may result in a change to the rental rate and/or invalidate this offer.
• This offer has no cash value, may not be used with conjunction or otherwise combined with tour rates, insurance/dealer replacement rates, any other certificate, voucher, offer, promotion or corporate sales agreement.
• Status match to President’s Circle and Five Star tier will be facilitated via an online enrolment link. Upon verification of eligibility, the upgrade will be applied automatically to the cardholder’s account. Hertz Gold+ standard terms & conditions apply. 
• Blackout dates and Hertz standard rental terms & conditions apply.
• Hertz reserve the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
• Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by Hertz or for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by any Visa Cardholder.
• Visa Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of any of the offers.  Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Visa Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer. Any participation by the Visa Cardholder shall be voluntary. By participating in or attempting to utilize any of the offers, the Visa Cardholder irrevocably agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein in addition to Hertz’s Terms and Conditions of Rental, Privacy Notice, Credit Notice and Website Terms of Use as applicable. 
• Visa will use best efforts to ensure the offers are provided as described, but Visa Cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Visa, even in the event that any of the offers are not provided or provided as described (whether or not such non provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of Hertz or Visa)
• Visa shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of: (a) usage or attempted usage of any of the offers, or of any services provided by Hertz; or (b) any refusal or failure on the part of Hertz to provide or honour any of the offers, or benefits or privileges given under the offers, for any reason whatsoever.
