• These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
• Offer is valid for bookings from 15 November 2025 until 31 January 2026, with stays to be completed by 30 April 2026.
• All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using an AmBank Debit Card or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i.
• Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
• You and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age with a combined annual minimum income of USD75,000.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
• Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
• Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged to your account.
• Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
• You can only accept one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
• Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
• Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for your compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. If you are married or in a life partnership, you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
• In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the AmBank Debit Card or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i used to process the booking.

• An additional USD50 per night is applicable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

• Only one (1) amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Complete your booking by 31 December 2025 and will receive a Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500) Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and spa services during your stay.
• Complete your stay by 28 February 2026 and receive Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred (RM400) Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit (for Visa Infinite cardholders only).
• Exclusively for Visa Infinite cardholders:

      Complete your booking in Bangkok and receive a complimentary room upgrade to a Family Twin (subject to availability).

      Complete your booking in Khao Lak and receive a complimentary room upgrade to a One Bedroom Suite (subject to availability).

      Complete your booking in Samui and receive a complimentary room upgrade to a Pool Villa (subject to availability).

• Please check on the status of Halal certification of the restaurant, and/or to check with the respective participating merchants for Shariah-compliant items prior to making a visit or placing an order.
