WATSONS’ MEMBER CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Campaign Period

The “Watsons Club 15th Anniversary Win A New Home Today by LBS” (“Campaign”) runs from 4 September 2025 (12:00am) to 27 October 2025 (11:59pm), both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right, with adequate prior notice, to amend the duration, commencement, or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.

Eligibility

• This Campaign is open to all WATSONS members issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA (“Eligible Participants”).
• Permanent and/or temporary employees of WATSONS MALAYSIA and LBS Bina Group Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate.
• Employees and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers are also not eligible.

WATSONS MALAYSIA may, at its sole discretion, extend the Campaign Period (“Extended Period”) without prior notice. Unless announced otherwise, entries received after the original Campaign Period will be disqualified. Participation during any Extended Period will remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes & Participation Criteria

To participate, Eligible Participants must:

Step 1: Register Your Member Card

• Members must register with a valid mobile number and email address.
• Registration can be completed via the Watsons official website or the Watsons mobile app.

Step 2: Spend a Minimum of RM50 Using Any Visa Card

• Spend RM50 or more at any Watsons store, online at www.watsons.com.my, or via the WatsonsMY app.
• Elite members receive two (2) entries per qualifying transaction.
• Excludes purchases of Touch ‘n Go reloads, PIN top-ups, refunds, non-retail spends, and delivery charges.

Winner Selection Process

• Watsons will filter all eligible members who meet the contest criteria.
• Eligibility requirements include:
  • Activated Watsons membership
  • Minimum RM50 spend using a Visa card during the Campaign Period
  • Valid and contactable phone number and email (as per Watsons system)
• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by 27 October 2025, 11:59pm, and contacted via phone, SMS, email, or other appropriate means.
• If Watsons is unable to contact a selected winner after several attempts within 2 days, the entry will be forfeited. The winner shall have no claim against Watsons for such forfeiture.
• Shortlisted winners must be able to attend the finale event. Event slots are strictly non-transferable.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are current and accurate. Watsons is not liable for any telco, roaming, or communication charges incurred.
• Watsons reserves the right to record phone conversations. All decisions made are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• All costs and risks associated with prize redemption are borne by the winners.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Failure to accept the prize when required constitutes rejection, and Watsons reserves the right to award it to another participant.
• Winners are bound by the terms and conditions attached to the prize. Acceptance of the prize indicates agreement to these terms.

Winners Announcement

• The grand prize winner will be selected during the finale event.
• The winners list will be announced on Watsons’ official Facebook page or other relevant platforms within 1 month after the Campaign ends.
• Participant rankings (excluding winners) will not be disclosed.
• Consolation prize winners will also be announced via Watsons’ official Facebook page.
• Prizes must be redeemed within 1 month of the winner announcement. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to other participants at Watsons’ discretion.

Visa Terms:

General Terms & Conditions

• WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right to publish the name, photo, and city of residence of winners for advertising and publicity purposes. Participation implies consent to such use without compensation.
• By participating, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Watsons’ decisions.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATSONS MALAYSIA disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to the prizes. All risks associated with prize use are assumed by the winners.
• No complaints regarding the prizes will be entertained.
• WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Campaign or its Terms and Conditions with adequate notice.
• No compensation will be provided for any losses resulting from such changes.
• All decisions by WATSONS MALAYSIA are final, binding, and conclusive.
• WATSONS MALAYSIA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the Campaign or prize use.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree to indemnify WATSONS MALAYSIA and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to the Campaign or prize redemption.
