• The above services are available exclusively to Visa premium cardholders whose cards were issued in South Korea.
• The services are available only to customers who visit Hyundai Duty Free in person and present both their passport and a Visa premium card under the same name.
• Hyundai Duty Free Black Membership offers up to a 20% discount, and Gold Membership offers up to a 15% discount at all times. (※ Excludes online duty-free store members; discount rates vary by brand.)
• Black Membership is valid until the end of the issuance year, while Gold Membership is valid for three years from the date of issuance.
• The above services do not apply to items already on promotional discounts or certain products, and discount rates may vary depending on each brand's policies.
• The above services cannot be combined with other promotions, such as duty-free store discount sales, additional preferential benefits, or discount coupons.
• The responsibility for providing and fulfilling these services rests entirely with the respective service partner company. The services may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

For clarity, Visa facilitates this benefit for the advantage of Visa cardholders; however, the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this benefit is the respective service partner. If any goods and/or services are purchased through this benefit, the contract is established solely between the service partner and the purchaser, and Visa is not and will not be a party to that contract. Visa cardholders acknowledge, understand, and agree to this.  

By utilizing or attempting to utilize any goods or services associated with this benefit, Visa cardholders acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

• Any claims, complaints, or disputes (“claims”) arising from the purchase or attempted purchase of any goods and/or services must be resolved directly between the cardholder and the respective partner. Visa cardholders shall not assert any rights or claims therefrom against Visa.
• Without prejudice to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be held liable (directly or indirectly) for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising in connection with physical injury, death, misrepresentation, or any damages or omissions resulting from the use or attempted use of goods and/or services provided under this benefit.
