• Some brands and items are excluded from membership discounts, and discount rates may vary by brand.
• This service is subject to change without prior notice due to Shinsegae Duty Free’s internal circumstances.

Details of this benefit are based on information provided by the respective partner. Visa does not guarantee the accuracy of this information, and inquiries regarding the validity of the benefit should be directed to the service partner directly.

For clarity, Visa facilitates this benefit for the advantage of Visa cardholders; however, the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this benefit is the respective service partner. If any goods and/or services are purchased through this benefit, the contract is established solely between the service partner and the purchaser, and Visa is not and will not be a party to that contract. Visa cardholders acknowledge, understand, and agree to this.

By utilizing or attempting to utilize any goods or services associated with this benefit, Visa cardholders acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

• Any claims, complaints, or disputes (“claims”) arising from the purchase or attempted purchase of any goods and/or services must be resolved directly between the cardholder and the respective partner. Visa cardholders shall not assert any rights or claims therefrom against Visa.
• Without prejudice to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be held liable (directly or indirectly) for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising in connection with physical injury, death, misrepresentation, or any damages or omissions resulting from the use or attempted use of goods and/or services provided under this benefit.
