Merchant Terms:

1. Visa cardholders must make prior reservations via Visa Concierge and quote "Visa Elite Dining Campaign" at the time of booking. Reservations are recommended and subject to availability.
2. The promotion is valid from 28 April 2025 to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive).
3. Each cardholder is entitled to one (1) redemption during the promotional period. Splitting or combining bills is not permitted.
4. The promotion is valid for dine-in only, with a minimum of 2 guests per reservation.
5. The promotion is available to Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders in the Asia Pacific region, excluding Malaysia cardholders and Visa Signature cardholders from Taiwan.
6. Participating restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia are included in the program, and eligible cardholders from other participating markets may redeem the offer at these locations.
7. Reservation deposits and cancellation penalties (if applicable) follow the merchant’s policy as stated on their website.
8. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, promotional vouchers, or membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
9. The promotion is not valid on blackout dates as determined by the merchant. The merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without prior notice.
10. The total bill must be paid using an eligible Visa Infinite or Visa Signature card.
11. Once payment is made, Visa cardholders cannot dispute the charge, request reimbursement, or claim a refund.
