Merchant Terms:

• This promotion is exclusively available to Visa card issued outside of Thailand.  
• Guests must provide an eligible Visa card at the time of booking, and the payment must be made using the same valid Visa card at the time of arrival.  
• Guests must make and complete the reservation 3 days in advance for a minimum of two consecutive nights at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit and will receive a complimentary one-way airport pick-up service.
• The airport pick-up is for a standard vehicle suitable for a maximum of two people and two luggage; upgrades or additional services may incur extra charges. 
• The offer is only valid for direct bookings made through the participating hotel’s official channels at https://www.hyatt.com/hyatt-regency/en-US/bkkhr-hyatt-regency-bangkok-sukhumvit and adding the offer code "VISAOFFER" and putting "Flight No" in the Special Request Text Box to be eligible for the privilege. 
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, public holidays, festive seasons, and any special events.
• Guests must notify the hotel at least 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange the airport pick-up by emailing [email protected] to arrange airport pick-up.  
• Offers are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.  
• The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.  
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of the Hotel and Visa will be final.
