Merchant Terms:

• Promotion is only open to Visa cardholders who hold a Visa card, which includes foreign (non-Singapore) Visa cards.
• Limited to one redemption of a Promotion Voucher per Cardholder per day.
• All purchases must be made at Participating Stores only. 
• Promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis on the date of purchase, while stocks last. 
• Cardholders must sign-up as or already be an ION+ Rewards member to qualify for Promotion. 
• Only fully paid original receipt(s) and credit card charge(s) will be accepted. 
• Receipt(s) for bill payments, money changer transactions, deposit placements, advance order placements and instalment payments with the store, or receipts from Singapore Airlines Service Centre or The Oaks Cellar, will not be accepted.
• Only the total final amount paid (after inclusion of GST) as indicated on the issued receipt by the store will be considered.
• The criteria for qualifying purchases shall be determined by ION Orchard at ION Orchard’s sole discretion and may vary between Participating Stores. 
• ION Orchard may reject any receipt as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. 
• The ION+ Rewards Terms and Conditions apply, including the expiry of Promotion Vouchers earned in conjunction with Promotion.
• The Promotion Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Promotion Voucher.
• ION Orchard and its partner(s) reserve the right to vary or amend Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
• ION Orchard does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any products or services offered in Promotion or redeemed by Promotion Vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same. 
• The participant of Promotion warrants that his personal data submitted to ION Orchard are true and correct. By participating in Promotion, the participant and any party acting on his behalf agrees and consents to ION Orchard collecting, retaining, disclosing, processing and/or using at its discretion, without any notification or compensation to the participant, any of his name, address, contact number, email address and other personal data for the purposes of Promotion and, where the participant consents, for communication (whether in relation to Promotion or other events, activities or promotions), promotional, advertising, marketing or publicity purposes.
• ION Orchard may at its sole and absolute discretion amend, revise, vary or supplement Promotion and any of terms and conditions herein at any time without any liability to any party, without prior notice. Other terms and conditions of ION Orchard and its tenants or stores apply. Information stated is correct at the time of print.
• Redemption of 80 ION⁺ Points (worth S$32 e-vouchers) with min. S$400 spend and 200 ION⁺ Points (worth S$80 e-vouchers) with min. S$1,500 spend are available to all Visa Cards.
• Redemption of 625 ION⁺ Points (worth S$250 e-vouchers) with min. S$10,000 spend and 7,500 ION⁺ Points (worth S$3,000 e-vouchers) with min. S$100,000 spend are available to Visa Infinite cards only.
