As long as you make your online purchases using your Visa Business Platinum or Signature card, you are now covered for possible losses up to USD $200 per claim, up to a limit of USD $800 per annum for any of the following instances:

• Non-delivery of purchased item after 30 days of scheduled delivery
• Incomplete delivery of purchased item
• Improper functioning due to physical damage of delivered item at the time of delivery
