Merchant Terms:

• Special Privilege for VISA cardholder FREE Travel insurance from AXA up to 10 days.  
• Limit for Visa cardholders who are 1 - 74 years old and for eligible Visa cards that are issued in Thailand. 
• The company reserves the right to issue a travel insurance policy to a Thai citizen, or a foreignerwith a proof of permanent resident in Thailand, or with a proof of physical address in Thailand. 
• The policy will not cover any loss, injury, damage,or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from travel in, to or through  Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Crimea (including Sevastopol), Venezuela,Cuba, Nepal (Only areas higher than 1,500 m. above sea level), Afghanistan, Myanmar and Russia and the sanctioned countries declared by United Nations (UN).  
• Visa Cardholder can request AXA travel insurance one time per month and per ID card/passport and 2 times per year.The limit will be counted by the start date of travel insurance policy initiated to cardholder.  
• To be eligible for the next redemption, Visa Cardholders must have an accumulated spending overseas on the activated card during the travel period at least: Visa Classic, Gold 10,000 Baht and Visa Platinum, Signature, Infinite 20,000 Baht. 
• The company reserve the right to cancel the policy for cardholders who redeems but did not meet the card spending requirements. 
• Card name and ID card/Passport (Name, Surname) must be the same person.  
• After the travel insurance policy is issued, cardholder cannot adjust the travel date or cancel the policy.  
• To ensure trip have to start from/end Thailand only. 
• The Insured must redeem insurance before travel. The Company will not cover damage arise from any event that already anticipated at the point of redemption.
