Merchant Terms:

1. Privilege is valid from 1 January - 31 December 2025.     
2. The offer is valid only for payment made by Visa card issued outside of Thailand
3. Check-up package prices are inclusive doctor's fee and nursing service fee
4. Prices are based on per person basis, in Thai currency and subject to change without prior notice
5. A 10% discount for medicines and general laboratory services (excluding special medicine fees and special lab fees) 
6. Package prices cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
7. The utilization of the package is at the discretion of the physician.        
8. Please make an appointment at least 3 day in advance by call 1719 (24 hours) or 052-089888.        
9. The customer is kindly requested to present their card and scan QR code for confirm their entitlement to the specified privileges at the registration, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai.
