1. Patients must take treatment plan from Medical Tourism agency to avail discount. Please book your consultancy with Alam Medical Tourism
2. Patients must share patient query information for hospital consumption to the medical tourism agency to avail discount.
3. Patients must take a Visa invitation letter/ appointment letter from the medial tourism agency for the eligibility of the discount.
4. Arrival information’s such as air ticket information needs to be shared with the medical tourism agency.
5. Discount is only applicable for inpatients (admission) and surgical cases.
6. Discount not applicable on medicine, consumables, and doctor consultation fees.
7. Any additional services obtained from Medical Tourism agencies, such as air ticketing, lodging, transportation or visa issuance, beyond the core Medical Tourism service, will not be eligible for any discount.
8. The discount applies only to the patient seeking medical tourism services from the agency and will not be extended to the patient's attendant(s).
9. In case of any pre-existing or new discount in any particular hospital unrelated to the Visa medical tourism campaign discount will get automatically void.
10. Patients must share the invitation letter with the respective hospital on entry.
11. Patient must share the discount authorization letter with the respective hospital on entry.
12. Discount applicable only on visa card payments.

14. Visa and your Bank reserve the right to modify the campaign terms and conditions in any manner or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
15. Visa and your Bank reserve the right to add/remove participating merchants as well as modify the discount modality of the participating merchants at any time during the campaign period.

17. Visa and your Bank reserve the right to cancel the discount if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign

Visa Terms:

Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm the availability and validity of the Offer.

1. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.

2. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.

• Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
