SiteWit, doing business as Kliken, agrees to develop a Google Ads subscription offer for eligible Visa cardholders (the “Offer”) as follows: When an eligible Visa cardholder, as defined herein, signs up as a Kliken user through a dedicated Offer website/portal (“Offer Landing Page”) and buys an introductory Google Ads package through Kliken, said cardholder will receive a $500 ad credit if they spend $500 in Google Ads in the first 60 days of their campaign being live.
