Merchant Terms:

1. Redemption can be made at Information Counter, Centre Court, Ground Floor daily  from 10am to 10pm.
2. Purchases must be made using Visa cards at specialty stores only. A maximum of 2 receipts can be combined. Purchases from supermarket, money changers, bill payments and Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) are excluded from the redemption.
3. Redemptions must be completed by presenting a valid international passport (excluidng Malaysian passports) and the original receipt to validate the redemption. Each customer is limited to 1 (ONE) redemption per day.
4. Redemption is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issue.
5. Limited to 80 customers per day on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
6. First 3- hour parking for free is only valid for Weekends (Sat, Sun) only
7. Tenants and licensees of The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the gift(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
8. Other terms and conditions apply. The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
