Merchant Terms:

1. Offer Validity
   1.1. The offer is valid from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
   1.2. Bookings made outside the offer period will not be eligible for the discount.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   2.1. This offer is applicable exclusively to Visa Malaysia cardholders.
   2.2. The discount is applicable only on transactions completed using an eligible Visa card.
   
   
3. Discount Details
   3.1. Cardholders are entitled to a flat 10% discount on car bookings.
   3.2. The offer is applicable on eligible bookings made via the Welcome Pickups website or
   mobile application.
   3.3. A promo code must be applied during the booking process to avail of the discount.
   
   
4. Exclusions
   4.1. The offer does not apply to existing bookings made before March 1, 2025.
   4.2. The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or cashback
   offers.
   4.3. The promo code is strictly intended for use by Visa Cardholders and must not be
   shared, distributed, or used by individuals outside the authorized network of eligible
   cardholders.
   
   
5. Redemption Process
   5.1. The discount will be automatically applied upon entering the promo code during the
   booking process. For detailed instructions on how to apply the promo code, please refer to this
   guide.
   
   
6. Cancellation Policy
   6.1. In the event of a booking cancellation, the discounted amount will not be refunded.
   6.2. Refunds will be processed only for the balance amount after standard cancellation
   fees are applied.

7. General Terms
   7.1. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   7.2. Taxes, fees, and other charges are excluded from the discount and are the
   responsibility of the customer.
   7.3. Both parties reserve the right to:
   - Modify or terminate the offer in case of violation of terms.
   - Modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
   - Resolve disputes related to the offer at its sole discretion."

By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa. 
• Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer
