Merchant Terms:

1. The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URLs: www.agoda.com/visavn.
2. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
3. Offers are applicable to selected pre-paid hotels that have “Promotion Eligible” or ""Coupon Available"" tag on the hotel’s main photo. Discount will show on the booking summary at the “Your Payment Details” step once the cardholder has input a valid Visa card number for the selected pre-paid hotel. Discount appears before the hotel taxes & services line and shall be applied before the final price of the booking. Pay at hotel room types do not qualify.
4. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
5. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Visa and Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Agoda shall be final.
7. Visa and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time.
8. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Visa’s sole discretion and for which the Bank is solely responsible and liable.
9. The Promotion is applicable to eligible cards issued by Vietnam bank issuers only.
10. The promotion is available on a first-come first-served basis.
11. Visa and/or Agoda reserve the right to stop the promotion at any time if the total budget is fully availed.

Visa Terms:

• Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Visa & the participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Offer and Terms & Conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• In the case of any dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Merchant shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services and/or prizes under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.  
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods, prizes and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
