Terms & Conditions
  • Campaign Duration is as follows:

    a. Promotion Period: Period: 1 November 2024  – 31 January 2025 (both dates inclusive).

    b. Stay Period: 1 November 2024  – 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive).

  • The eligible and participating cardholders must book on the dedicated Trip.com Malaysia website & app through the dedicated partner URL: https://my.trip.com/w/ambankmy only. Bookings made on other campaign page links or via https://my.trip.com would not be applicable.
  • Payment must be made with a valid and active AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i only issued by AmBank/AmBank Islamic. AmBank Debit Card are not eligible for the promotion.
  • Hotel Promotion Offering:

          - The eligible and participating cardholders would enjoy 5% off hotel booking with no minimum spend with the promo code: AMTRIP used on the dedicated partner page.

          - The discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.

          - The hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms (excluding rooms on promotion), and transactions made in Malaysian Ringgit, (‘MYR”). Promo may not apply on selected properties.

  • Different hotels may have different cancellation policies.  Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels on Trip.com before the booking is made. Other terms and conditions specifically for the hotels or airlines would apply.
  • Offer is applicable for both new and existing Trip.com customers. For new customers, AmBank/AmBank Islamic Cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code.
  • If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period. Booking is subject to availability.
  • Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
