• Married couples must be present together to do the tests on the same day. Attending alone will not be accepted/allowed.

• Minimum 2 days in advance RSVP is required. All redemptions will be by appointment/RSVP only and walk-ins are strictly not allowed. Maximum 2 person per RSVP form, per redemption.
• A minimum stay of 120 minutes / 2 hours is required to complete all test. Test results are provided within the timeframe.
• Minimum 6 hours of fasting is required.
• Valid for one (1) time redemption only, per card account, per family. However, no limit to purchase at RM1,100 for 2 persons.
