General Terms and condition
- This offer is valid from 1 August 2024 to 31 December 2024, inclusive of both dates.
- Payment must be made using AmBank Debit Card or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i.
- Offer is not valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers and/or privilege cards, unless otherwise stated.
- Offer is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or privileges (unless otherwise specified).
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Handling charges, other tax or duty charges and brand or product exclusions may apply. Please refer to the participating merchants.

- The eligible and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of AmBank/AmBank Islamic and Jerry Coworking Space.
- AmBank/AmBank Islamic is not an agent of the partner and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and/or services provided. Any dispute about the goods and/or services is to be resolved directly with the partner.
- AmBank/AmBank Islamic and Jerry Coworking Space reserve the right to terminate, amend or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time with prior notice of at least five (5) calendar days to Cardholders before the new terms and conditions take effect.
Jerry Coworking Space ("Provider") Terms and condition
- Client must comply with the House Rules which the Provider imposes generally on occupants of the Centre. A copy of the House Rules can be requested from the Provider.
- The fees or chargeable rate for any renewal will be at the then prevailing market rate or prior agreed rate between the Client and the Provider.
- When this agreement ends the Client is to vacate the Space immediately, leaving the Space in the same condition as it was when the Client took possession. The Client shall also:
- (a) remove all its equipment, belongings, articles, things and its employees / personnel and to vacate and hand back the Space and at the same time hand over all keys and access cards to the Provider; and
- (b) remove from the Space their fixtures and equipment, provided that any damage caused to any part of the Centre and/or the Space in the course of such removal, the same shall be remedied by the Client immediately and at their own expense.
- Upon the Client's departure or if the Client, at its option, chooses to relocate to different rooms within the Centre, the Provider will charge a restoration service fee to cover normal cleaning and testing and to return the Space back to its original state.
- The Provider reserves the right to charge additional reasonable fees for any repairs needed above and beyond normal wear and tear.
- If the Client continues to use the Space when this agreement has ended, the Client is responsible for any loss, claim or liability the Provider incurs as a result of the Client's failure to vacate on time.
- The Client shall utilize, and shall ensure that its employees utilize the equipment and facilities provided in the Space and in the Centre with due care and caution.
- The Client must not alter any part of its Space and must take good care of all parts of the Centre, its equipment, fixtures, fittings and furnishings which the Client uses. The Client is liable for any damage caused by it or those in the Centre with the Client's permission or at the Client's invitation whether express or implied, including but not limited to all employees, contractors, agents or other persons present in the premises.
- The Client must not install any cabling, information technology infrastructure or telecommunication connections without the Provider's prior written consent. As one of the conditions to the Provider's consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations work (for example information technology infrastructure or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the Centre by other occupants or the Provider or any other occupants of the building.
