To redeem your Fashion Passport, cardholders must present their Visa card and passport at the Guest Services counter.
To receive access to Guest Lounge, Visa cardholders must first claim their tax refund at the in-center office by presenting their Visa receipts totalling EUR500. Cardholders must then present the Tax Refund claim document at the Guest Services counter to receive lounge access. All purchases must be made with a valid Visa card.
