GHA DISCOVERY Offer Terms & Conditions:

• The GHA DISCOVERY promotion is available to holders of Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Business, Visa Signature, Visa Signature Business, Visa Rewards, Visa Rewards Business, Visa Platinum, Visa Platinum Business, Visa Gold and Visa Gold Business cards whose cards were issued in the following markets: Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Guam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, South Korea, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Vanuatu, Vietnam (“Eligible Visa APAC card holders”).
• Eligible Visa APAC card holders are offered 1 (one) fast-track upgrade to GHA DISCOVERY status when joining GHA DISCOVERY through the relevant promotional links: Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Business card holders shall be offered an upgrade to GHA DISCOVERY Titanium; Visa Signature, Visa Signature Business, Visa Rewards, Visa Rewards Business, Visa Platinum and Visa Platinum Business card holders shall be offered an upgrade to GHA DISCOVERY Platinum; and Visa Gold and Visa Gold Business card holders shall be offered an upgrade to GHA DISCOVERY Gold. Those Visa card holders who held a membership in GHA DISCOVERY prior to applying for this promotion and whose status in GHA DISCOVERY was lower than the status offered through this promotion shall be able to claim promotion to the higher tier on the terms above without making a new enrolment.
• Visa card holders who received GHA DISCOVERY elite status through this promotion must present their eligible Visa card at check-in to avail of member benefits and check-out when setting the accommodation payment or purchasing other spend opportunities at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel. Using an alternative payment method, the card holders should present the eligible Visa card when checking in and checking out. The name(s) on the eligible Visa card must match the name on the GHA DISCOVERY member profile utilising the product or services at the hotel.

• Several programme benefits are subject to availability. Please check here for details. The “Status Sharing” benefit does not apply. All other Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the GHA DISCOVERY programme apply.
• The offer is valid until 31 March 2025. The offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated and is subject to availability.

Visa General Terms & Conditions

• Offer duration will run from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
• Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with the Merchant to confirm availability and validity of this Offer.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that:
  • Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this Offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses, or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of this Offer or goods and/or services provided under this Offer.
