• To enjoy the Taobao x Visa Credit Card or Debit Card or Prepaid Card offer, users must activate Lazada Wallet feature first on Taobao Mobile App.
• Payment must be made with a Visa Credit Card or Debit Card or Prepaid Card on Taobao Mobile App only.
• Promotion is valid from 1 July 2023 till 30 September 2023, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
• Offer is available to the first 1,000 eligible Visa Credit Card or Debit Card or Prepaid Card users who complete three (3) orders ("Eligible Transactions") made on Taobao Mobile App within the Promotion Period will be entitled for Bonus Cashback up to RM25. Each Eligible Transaction defined as below:
  First transaction: RM5 Bonus Cashback with minimum spend of RM150
  Second transaction: RM10 Bonus Cashback with minimum spend of RM150
  Third transaction: RM10 Bonus Cashback with minimum spend of RM150
• Upon completion of each Eligible Transaction, user will receive their Bonus Cashback after 15 days of each transaction, provided there are no cancellation of their order(s) or refund request. Users need to click "Collect" in their Lazada Wallet to redeem the Bonus Cashback.
• Bonus Cashback for each Eligible Transaction is valid for 30 days after being credited to a valid Taobao account. All Eligible Transactions made on 30 September 2023 must be collected by 15 October 2023 and used before 14 November 2023 23:59 (UTC+8). The redemption is limited to the first 1,000 eligible users throughout the Promotion Period.
• Promotion is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or privilege cards.
• The number of Bonus Cashback issued during the Promotion Period will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Any remaining unused Bonus Cashback will be automatically removed from the user's Lazada Wallet once the aforementioned validity period has passed.
• Bonus Cashback will be automatically applied onto purchases at the checkout page when users make payments with their (activated) Lazada Wallet balance or Visa Credit or Debit or Prepaid Card.
• Bonus Cashback can be applied together with other promotions such as "Instant discounts" and "0% service fees".
• Bonus Cashback cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
• Bonus Cashback can only be used to deduct a maximum of 50% from your order amount.
• When an order has been successfully refunded, the Bonus Cashback spent on that order will also be returned to your account. Note: If the Bonus Cashback has expired by the time your order amount is refunded, it will not be returned to your account.
• Each user can participate in one or more tasks to earn Bonus Cashback. Under the following circumstances, the relevant Lazada Wallets are considered to belong to the same user:
  (i) Lazada Wallets registered using the same Taobao account, mobile number, bank card or phone device; or
  (ii) The same Lazada Wallet account connected to multiple mobile phones or mobile devices.
• In the case of any of the above circumstances, in order to verify the user's identity and to prevent the risk of theft or misuse of Lazada Wallet, mobile number, mobile device or card number, Taobao reserves the right to suspend the release of the Bonus Cashback to the relevant Lazada Wallet until the user's identity has been verified and confirmed that has been no breach to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Terms and Conditions for the Bonus Cashback only apply to orders of physical items purchased from Taobao or Tmall; virtual goods are not included in the Promotion. If the order is part of a batch payment, the batch payment cannot exceed 10 orders.
• TAOBAO MALAYSIA reserves the right to amend these terms and condition or to cancel the offer at any time.

Visa Terms and Conditions

• To enjoy the privilege, payment must be made with valid Visa Credit/Debit/Prepaid card issued in Malaysia during the stated campaign period.
