- For BIRTHDAY month discount, the cardholder must present a Malaysian ID card or Passport (for Foreigner) to redeem the promotion. Only ONE REDEMPTION is allowed for each ID presented.
- Prior appointment is required (24 hours in advance and a minimum of 4 hours for any change in services).
- The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
- The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
