• Pre-booking essential and subject to availability
• Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time
• Pre-booking several days in advance is essential

Cancellation Policy
• Bathing cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking arrival time will be provided a full refund.
• Bathing cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking arrival time (including ‘no-shows’): 100% of the cost will be charged.
