Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is valid from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2024 inclusive of both dates.
- Payment must be made using an AmBank Debit Mastercard® or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i.
- The promotion is valid at all LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre in Malaysia.
- The promotion redemption period is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase of the Health Screening Packages.
- Prior reservation for the health screening is required and subject to availability. Appointment with LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre must be made via WhatsApp at +6012 2923610.
- Rescheduling of appointment must be made at least one (1) working day prior to the original appointment date.
- The promotion is transferable but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
- The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
