- The Promotion is only applicable to payment(s) made using an AmBank Debit Mastercard® or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i (“Eligible Cardholders”);
- The Promotion is valid at all participating RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd hospitals in Malaysia and to applicable pacakages stated under clause 6 below;
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified);
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
- Any Visual(s) provided in relation to the Promotion is for illustration purposes only;
- TheEligible Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions herein
- AmBank/AmBank Islamic is not an agent of RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and/or services provided. Any dispute about the goods and/or services is to be resolved directly with RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
