- Free cancellation 3 days prior to arrival for Thailand and Malaysia properties.
- Non-refundable rates apply for United Kingdom properties.
- The Mastercard card number needs to be shared at the time of reservation. Mastercard cardholders are required to present their Mastercard card at check-in. All bills will need to be settled at the time of check-out by the traveler through the same Mastercard card only. The hotel reserves the right to apply the applicable rate for any other card types.
