Merchant Terms:

1. Offer is valid from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027.
2. A minimum of four (4) paying persons per booking is required to enjoy the promotional rate.
3. The minimum age requirement is 10 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Reservation must be made in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Full payment is required to secure and confirm the booking.
6. Confirmed promotional bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Late arrival may result in missed activities, while no-shows are non-refundable.
8. The itinerary and outdoor activities are subject to weather, safety, and operational conditions. Activities may be adjusted when necessary.
9. This promotional rate cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or special rates.
10. Bohayen Mari Mari reserves the right to amend the itinerary, inclusions or Terms and Conditions when necessary.
