Visa Terms:

1. The Vouchers are only applicable to purchases made with Visa Cards which are issued in Malaysia.
2. A Visa Cardholder who uses their Visa Card to make payment for purchases during Klook Travel Fest (the “Event”) through a Promotion Channel on Klook’s Platform, from 9 October - 11 October 2026 (Friday – Sunday), both dates inclusive, will be entitled to redeem a Voucher for 20% discount based on the eligible Visa Card used, as set out below:
       2.1 Promotion 1: All Visa Cards will be entitled to 20% off, with minimum spend of RM300, capped at RM80 per card, subject to a total allocation of 1,000 Vouchers;
       2.2 Promotion 2: Visa Signature and Visa Infinite Cards will be entitled to 20% off, with minimum spend of RM500, capped at RM120 per card, subject to a total allocation of 250 Vouchers; and
       2.3 Promotion 3: Buy 1 Free 1 flash sale for all Visa Cards, where the Voucher will be revealed on the screen on-site at the Event, subject to a total allocation as follows:
              a) 57 Vouchers for Shanghai Disneyland (1-day pass)
              b) 52 Vouchers for Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass
3. A Visa Cardholder is only entitled to apply the Voucher to a purchase if such purchase is made within the specific validity period of the Promotion.
4. Visa Cardholder shall be limited to no more than three (3) Vouchers per Promotion.
5. Klook reserves the right in its sole discretion not to provide or allow application of a Voucher for any reason. The following transactions shall not be eligible for receipt or application of a Voucher for any reason: unauthorized or fraudulent transaction(s), transactions in connection with behaviour which is determined by Klook in its sole discretion to be abusive, transaction(s) that are cancelled, charged back, returned and/or refunded, or any other types of transactions as Klook may determine at its sole discretion from time to time.
6. Upon the expiry of the validity period in respect of a Promotion, the Voucher shall cease to be valid and shall lapse without any renewal, extension, or replacement.
7. A Voucher is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with other promotions or discounts, coupons or membership offers made available by Klook; and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or otherwise redeemed for cash, credit limit or other discounts/products/services.
8. Neither Visa nor Klook will accept any liability or be otherwise responsible should a Visa Cardholder fail to redeem or use a Voucher or otherwise fail to receive due to their failure to comply with any of the applicable terms and conditions.
9. The Klook Platform supports payments in different currencies using conversion rates determined by Klook with reference to publicly available market spot rates. The applicable amount(s) for payment together with the currency in which such amount(s) is/are denominated will be clearly indicated on the check-out page of the Klook Platform.
10. Additional fees in connection with the conversion of currencies may be applicable depending on specific rates applied by the issuer which issued the Visa Card used for payment.
11. The Vouchers will be available to Visa Cardholders for usage towards purchases on a first-come-first-serve basis until the earlier of the time at which the aggregate value of Vouchers used towards purchases reaches the total funding provided by Visa to Klook, as described under the end of the Promotion Period.
12. Klook reserves the right in its sole discretion to add to, delete from, or otherwise vary the list, or update the prices of goods and services the purchase of which may qualify for application of the Vouchers.
13. Other terms and conditions of Klook in relation to the sale or provision of its goods and services may apply to purchases qualifying for application of the Vouchers."
