Terms of Use
1.

Booking Lead Time (Regular Period)
Bookings during non-peak periods must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time.

Requests submitted within forty-eight (48) hours are subject to vehicle availability.

Booking Lead Time (Peak Period)
Bookings during peak periods must be made at least ninety-six (96) hours, or four (4) days, prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time.

Requests submitted within ninety-six (96) hours are subject to vehicle availability.

Benefit Coverage
The Visa Airport Transfer Benefit provides coverage of up to USD150 per eligible redemption.

Any charges exceeding the benefit coverage amount will be payable by the cardholder.

Peak Period Surcharge
An additional surcharge of USD20 per trip applies during Peak Periods.

Peak Periods refer to periods of exceptionally high demand and may include, but are not limited to, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year in selected markets, Formula One race weekends, and other major international events, as determined by Teleport.

Midnight Surcharge
A surcharge of USD20 per trip applies to transfers scheduled between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time.

Excess Distance Surcharge
Additional charges apply where the transfer distance exceeds the maximum distance included within the booked service.

Excess distance charges vary by market and distance travelled.

Booking Amendments
An amendment fee of USD15 per booking applies to any changes requested within twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

This fee applies regardless of whether the booking falls within a Peak Period or non-Peak Period.

All booking amendments remain subject to availability.

Travelling with Children or Pets
Requests for child seats or pet-friendly vehicles should be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Requests received after this period are subject to availability.

Child Seat Surcharge
A surcharge of USD25 per child or baby seat applies and is chargeable per seat requested.

Pet-Friendly Vehicle Surcharge
A surcharge of USD35 per pet-friendly vehicle applies.

11.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a one hundred percent (100%) cancellation charge.

12.

No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full booking value will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

13.

Complimentary Waiting Time
Airport Arrivals
Domestic Flights: Up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
International Flights: Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Airport Departures and City Pick-Ups
Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

14.

Excess Waiting Time Charges
Where the passenger exceeds the complimentary waiting period, any additional waiting time charges incurred shall be borne by the cardholder.

Such charges will be calculated at twenty-five percent (25%) of the applicable transfer fare for every fifteen (15) minutes of waiting.

Waiting time charges are capped at a maximum of forty-five (45) minutes.
