Official Terms & Conditions: uhomes.com x VISA Exclusive Cashback Offer

Promoter: uhomes.com ("uhomes") in partnership with VISA.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Offer
   
   • Eligible students booking a qualifying UK Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) through uhomes.com can earn a cashback reward when paying their full contract rent or a portion thereof (i.e. at least one rent instalment, excluding holding deposit) using an eligible VISA card.  
   • The cashback amount is calculated as 0.75% of the total amounts paid by the eligible VISA card, capped at a maximum of £110 (i.e., you will receive the lower of the two amounts).
2. Eligibility Criteria
   To qualify for this cashback offer, you must meet all of the following criteria:
   
   • Targeted Promotion: You must be booking from a qualifying region. (Note: This offer is advertised dynamically based on user IP addresses).
   • Platform: The booking must be made directly through the uhomes.com website or official app.
   • Accommodation Type: The booking must be for a UK Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).
   • Lease Duration: The tenancy agreement must be for a minimum duration of 39 weeks or longer.
   • Payment Method: Payments must be made using an eligible VISA card for at least one rent instalment, excluding holding deposit (subject to the Verification Process outlined in Section 3).
3. Verification Process
   1. To claim the offer, customers must prove their payment was made using an eligible VISA card. The verification steps are as follows:
      1. Submit Proof of Payment: Following the payment of your holding deposit or rent, you must upload the following information to the uhomes platform:
         
         • Your payment confirmation/receipt.
         • The first 8 digits of the VISA card used (the Bank Identification Number or "BIN").
         • The exact time and date of the payment.
         • The currency of amount paid
         • The amount paid
         • The accommodation provider 
      2. BIN Verification: uhomes.com will cross-reference the submitted 8-digit BIN against an official master list of eligible BINs provided by VISA.
         • Verified: If the BIN matches the eligible list, your VISA card is verified, and you will proceed to the next stage of the cashback unlock process.
         • Not Verified: If the BIN is not on the eligible list, the card is not verified, and you will not be eligible to receive the cashback reward.
4. Cashback Unlock & Fulfillment
   The cashback is not issued immediately upon paying the deposit. It is subject to full tenancy fulfillment and external funding cycles:
   • Unlocking the Reward: The cashback amount is only unlocked once the full amount of rent for the entire contract has been successfully paid. At least one amount paid is using the verified, eligible VISA card.
5. Withdrawal of Funds
   Once the funds are available in your uhomes Wallet, you may access them via the following process:
   1. Navigate to your uhomes Wallet on your account dashboard.
   2. Initiate a withdrawal request.
   3. Provide valid, matching personal bank account details.
   4. uhomes will process the withdrawal and transfer the cashback funds directly to your nominated bank account. (Standard banking processing times and transaction fees apply).
6. General Terms & Data Privacy
   
   • Right to Modify or Cancel: uhomes.com and VISA reserve the right to amend, pause, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Bookings and verifications completed prior to any cancellation will be honoured, provided all other conditions are met.
   • Fraud & Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the BIN verification process, submit falsified payment records, or cancel the booking after claiming the reward will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and potential suspension of your uhomes account.
   • Data Protection: By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your 8-digit BIN and payment records for the sole purpose of verifying this offer. Your data will be handled in strict accordance with the uhomes Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. Full credit card numbers must never be uploaded; only the requested 8-digit BIN is required.
