Merchant Terms:

1. Promotion Platform: All bookings must be made via https://my.trip.com/w/visamy only.
2. Promotion Period:
   • Booking Period: 1 August 2026 – 31 December 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
   • Stay/Travel Period: 1 August 2026 – 30 June 2027 (inclusive of both dates).
3. Minimum Spend: No minimum spend is required.  
4. Discount Limit: Offer is capped at RM200 per booking for Visa Infinite Cards and RM160 for Visa Signature Cards.
5. Usage: Limited to two (2x) usage by user per offer in each calendar month
6. Promotion is applicable for Trip.com’s new and existing users. New users must sign up for a Trip.com account via the partner link and existing users need to login into their Trip.com account.
7. Hotels: Discount applies to the total booking price after taxes and fees have been applied. Promo code is applicable only to pre-paid rooms (paid online at time of booking). Pay-at-hotel properties are excluded, and the promotion may not apply to selected properties.
8. Flights: Discount applies to the total booking price before taxes, fees and surcharges have been applied. Applicable to all ticket and passenger class types. Promotion may not apply to selected airlines. 
9. Car Rentals: Discount applies to the total booking price after taxes and fees have been applied. Promo code is applicable to fully prepaid online car rental bookings on Trip.com. Offer is subject to details of each booking and may not be applicable to certain packages.
10. Airport Transfers: Discount applies to the total booking price (excludes value-added service fees such as child seats, insurance, etc.). Promo code is applicable when booking Trip.com airport transfer products with online payment.
11. Currency: Transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit, (‘MYR”) only. Payment using other currencies will not be valid for the Promotion.
12. Payment Mode: Payment must be made via a Visa Infinite Card or Visa Signature Card issued in Malaysia only. Payment by other Visa card types, other methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, eWallet or non-Visa cards are not eligible.
13. Different hotels/airlines/vehicle provider suppliers may have different change and cancellation policies. Users are required to read the change and cancellation policies for the specific hotels/room types, flights/airlines, car rental/airport transfer suppliers before booking.
14. If a user modifies a booking where a promo code was applied, the promo code will no longer be valid for the modified booking. Users will need to cancel their transaction and reuse their offer. However, offer is subjected to monthly quota, and it is on a first come first serve basis.
15. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers using another promo code and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion. Additional terms and conditions for the product types specified in the Promotion Page apply.
17. Trip.com and Visa reserve the right to reject any non-eligible bookings and to the final interpretation of this Promotion.
