Merchant Terms:

1. Offer is valid for all Visa cardholders issued in Asia Pacific.
2. Offer is valid from 15 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
3. theBigLeague (Pineyards Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) provides educational consulting, admissions guidance, Psychomteric assessment, profile-building support, test preparation guidance, university application assistance, Visa support and related advisory services.
4. Admission, scholarship, visa approval, internship, employment, or university acceptance outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. All fees are payable in advance via Visa cards and are subject to verification 
6. theBigLeague reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if payment is not successfully processed. 
7. Applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws. 
8. Fees paid for Psychometric Assessment, Visa Support are non-refundable once services have commenced. 
9. Refund requests, if eligible, must be submitted in writing to theBigLeague. 
10. Processing fees, payment gateway charges, bank charges, and foreign exchange charges (if any) may be deducted from approved refunds. 
11. Refunds, where approved, shall be processed within 15 business days. 
12. theBigLeague provides guidance and advisory services only.
13. The company does not guarantee:
    • a.Admission to any university. 
    • b.Scholarship awards. 
    • c.Visa approval. 
    • d.Internship or employment opportunities. 
    • e.Specific academic outcomes. 
14. All final decisions remain with the respective institutions, embassies, or regulatory authorities.
15. Students and parents agree to:
    
    • a.Provide accurate and complete information. 
    • b.Submit genuine academic and personal documents. 
    • c.Meet application / visa deadlines. 
    • d.Comply with university, visa, and immigration requirements. 
16. Any adverse outcome resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student shall be the sole responsibility of the student.
17. Customers agree to first contact theBigLeague regarding any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.
18. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and recovery proceedings where permitted by law.
19. theBigLeague reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
    
    • a.Fraudulent activity is suspected. 
    • b.False documentation is submitted. 
    • c.Payment obligations are not met. 
    • d.The customer violates applicable laws or these terms. 
20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, theBigLeague's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
21. theBigLeague shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
22. All content, counseling materials, templates, presentations, videos, reports, and resources provided by theBigLeague remain the intellectual property of theBigLeague unless otherwise stated.
23. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize such materials without prior written consent.
24. Customer information shall be handled in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
25. Students authorize theBigLeague to share relevant information and application materials with universities, educational institutions, and service partners for the purpose of providing services.
26. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
27. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
