Unfolding across multiple markets in Asia Pacific, Infinite Tastes: Beyond the Menu celebrates the stories, craft, and culture at the heart of the region's culinary scene. Each market presents a distinct curation of experiences, shaped by local talent, cultural nuances, and the forces redefining dining today.
More than a traditional restaurant visit, each experience is designed to bring diners closer to the chef's world — through unique menus, interactive dining moments, personal storytelling, and rare insights into the stories, craft, and culture behind each creation.
With limited seating and experiences not typically available to the public, Beyond the Menu gives eligible Visa Infinite cardholders access to memorable culinary moments designed to be savoured, shared, and remembered.

- Due to the limited seating nature of each experience, confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
- If a cardholder is unable to attend, a one-time transfer of the reservation may be requested by contacting the organiser at btm@oliosgroup.com. Transfers are subject to approval.
- Guests must declare any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before the experience. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests but cannot guarantee that all dietary needs can be met.
- Guests with severe allergies attend at their own discretion.
- Guests are requested to arrive at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss certain parts of the experience, as selected activities, courses, or moments may not be repeated or accommodated once the experience has begun.
- The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the experience due to circumstances beyond its control, including seasonal ingredient availability, weather conditions, venue requirements, or operational considerations.
