Merchant Terms:

• Valid from 8 July – 31 August 2026. 
• Exclusive for self-paying international patients (non-Malaysian citizens) only.
• Valid for transactions made at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, either in-person or online, with a minimum spend of RM1,000 in a single receipt using international Visa cards only (all foreign Visa debit, credit and prepaid cards not issued in Malaysia) to be eligible for Exclusive Gift and e-Vouchers total worth of RM300 and minimum spend of RM5,000 in a single receipt to be eligible for Premium Gift and e-Vouchers worth RM500.
• One (1) reward tier per transaction only. 
• Each eligible cardholder is limited to one (1) redemption only throughout the campaign period. Eligibility for redemption is determined based on the payment receipt date, not the appointment or visit date.
• Gifts are available while stocks last. 
• Redemption is based on payment date, not appointment date. 
• Gift redemption is available at the International Patient Centre (IPC), Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur only.
• Shopping e-vouchers are claimable via the Sunway Super App together with gift redemption. 
• Gifts and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other products.
• Sunway Medical Centre, Visa, and Sunway Super App reserve the right to:  
    - Substitute rewards with other items of equal value.  
    - Verify eligibility, receipts, and card information before processing any redemption.  
    - Amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notification.
