Merchant Terms:

1. Offer is valid for all eligible Visa cardholders issued in Malaysia.
2. Offer is valid from 1-31 July 2026.
3. Offer is valid on Trip.com App only.
4. Offer for 10% off flights and hotels to Thailand on Trip.com App is up to a maximum of MYR175 on flights and MYR200 on hotel bookings.

Hotel:

1. To receive the discount, the booking must be paid in the currency corresponding to the promo code.
2. The promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
3. Within the promo code's validity period, each user (users with the same username, phone number, device, and payment method are considered the same user) can only use the promo code once.
4. The promo code cannot be redeemed for cash or Trip Coins.
5. If a booking to which a promo code was applied becomes invalid or is canceled, the promo code will be automatically returned to the user's account.
6. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
7. When users access the Trip.com website and app through third-party channels (including but not limited to external links, advertisement pages, and partner apps/mobile websites), certain promotional products or services may not be eligible for the promo code discount. Please check the product pages and the final checkout page for specific details.

Flights:

1. The discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.
2. Offer applies to flights from Malaysia to Thailand (travel period till 30 September 2026). Please note that promo codes can only be applied to eligible flights. To check if the promo code is applicable, enter promo code on the checkout page before final payment to verify.
3. Promo codes are limited, and are provided on a first come, first served basis.
4. How to use: Enter the promo code on the payment page when making your booking. /OR In the Trip.com app, go to "Account" > "Promo Codes" and enter the promo code to add it to your account.
5. Only one promo code can be used per account. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
6. Different flight tickets may have different cancellation policies. Please carefully read the cancellation policies for the specific flight before you book.
7. The pre-discount price is the full price of the selected flights, which may differ from the price published by airlines or the standard retail price.
8. If the booking that the promo code was applied to fails, is canceled, or is not paid for within the stipulated timeframe, the promo code will be automatically returned to your account. It will then be available for use during the promotion period it was issued in, as long as you previously added the promo code to your Trip.com account.
9. If a promo code is used for a booking which is later modified by customer support, it will be considered null and void. If you want to use the promo code again, you need to go back to the campaign page to book.
   /OR If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If you want to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new one within the promotion period. (Please note that promo codes and the products you can book are limited. Trip.com cannot guarantee that promo codes or products will still be available after your initial cancellation.)  
10. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation for this promotion.
