How to avail benefit?

Cardholder accesses the myVisa x withBanyan website and registers for an account.
Visa verifies the cardholder’s eligibility.
If eligible, the cardholder will receive an email from withBanyan Team to complete registration to receive details on the status match to Voyager tier and digital complimentary 1 night stay voucher.
Only first 500 cardholders who have verified their email address and activated their withBanyan account will be issued the digital complimentary 1 night stay voucher.
Cardholder to email directly to Reservations@banyantree.com for the booking of the 1 night stay. Please note that booking will only be made in the Cardholder's name and email address.
Upon check in at the property, Banyan Group's property staff may request for additional identity verification and physical Visa credit card to validate the stay.
Once verified, staff will proceed to mark the voucher as “Redeemed” in the member's account.

Merchant Terms:

Offer is valid for all Visa Infinite Privilege and Visa Infinite Private Card.
Offer is valid from 9 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
Status Match applications will be processed within two working weeks of successful registration.
The 500 complimentary room night is based on a first-come-first-served basis, limited redemptions.
This benefit is exclusively available to Visa Infinite Privilege and Visa Infinite Private cardholders in the Asia Pacific region and is strictly non-transferable.
Each eligible Card Member may redeem only one complimentary stay. Any additional reservations made beyond the complimentary stay will be charged to the Card Member’s account at the Best Available Rate applicable on the check-in date.
The Visa cardholder must be present at the time of redemption. Any applicable payments must be made using a Visa Infinite Private or Privilege card issued in the Asia Pacific region.
Vouchers must be redeemed within their stated validity period. Extensions will not be granted. Voucher number must be quoted when making a reservation.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred. They may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, or privileges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any voucher that is sold or transferred will be rendered invalid.
Visa and Banyan Group reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
Additional terms and conditions set by Banyan Group will apply.
Banyan Group reserves the right to decline voucher redemption if it is deemed that the voucher has been used in violation of these terms.
In case of any dispute, the decision made by Visa and/or Banyan Group shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence will be considered.

Voucher-Specific Terms and Conditions:
Banyan Group reserve the right to update the list of participating properties at any time without prior notice.
The complimentary stay is valid for up to two (2) adults and includes applicable taxes and service charges. However, any incidentals incurred during stay and/or additional government-imposed taxes, such as city, tourism, or local levies, where applicable, must be paid directly by the eligible Cardholder to the participating property.
Advance reservations are required and must be made at least seven (7) working days prior to arrival date, subject to availability.
The complimentary night redemption applies only to specific room categories as designated by the participating property and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Certain room categories may be excluded, and blackout dates will apply.
Discounts and withBanyan member benefits cannot be combined with this complimentary stay.
The eligible Visa Card must be provided as a guarantee at the time of reservation and check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during the stay.
All bookings cannot be amended and cancelled once confirmed.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the valid voucher will be deemed used and voided for future use. In the absence of a valid voucher, the Cardholder will be charged the Best Available Rate (BAR) corresponding to the check-in date.
Upon check-in, guests must present: (a) the reservation confirmation (printed or digital), (b) the voucher number, (c) a valid identification document or passport matching the reservation, and (d) the eligible Visa Card used for the booking.
Failure to provide matching documentation may result in the property charging the prevailing Best Available Rate for the stay.
